Currently things in your life may seem overwhelming or underwhelming. With all that is going on in the world, many of us have lost sight of our dreams and goals in life. But I will tell you, now is the perfect time to make your dreams come to life.

You may have lost sight of what you want, or lost everything or someone or don’t even have an idea of what the future holds. At some point everyone has something in their life they have longed for, whether it be writing that screenplay, losing weight or finding true love. It can be big dreams or simple little everyday things.

But what sets apart the dreamers/doers from people who have just lost hope? These days how can we change our reality, just even a little, to be one of happiness and fulfillment?

One answer is “vision,”  seeing what you want... but not just in your mind’s eye, but rather right in front of you by making a creative visualization poster Through creative visualization, seeing is believing and believing is half way to having. The creative visualization poster is easy to do and it is very powerful. 

I had a dream to star in my own television show. I wanted so badly to be a television host of a favorite show of mine that I had watched for years.  Through my process, I will teach you exactly how I reached that goal and many others, but more importantly how I can teach you to make your dreams a reality! 

Let’s start with one of my steps, your own creative visualization poster. It is fun and easy to do and it's one of the very powerful tools in my program. 

First collect as many magazines of interests and pictures of things and realities you aspire too. Then get a large poster board, scissors, stick glue, and some color markers. Before you begin, quietly meditate the day before on what you really want out of life. The next day look through the magazines and see what pictures represent closely what you desire. For example, if your dream is to meet someone and fall in love, find some pictures of people hugging. Then take it a further step and replace one of the headshots and replace it with a picture of your own head that you could print out on a color printer. 

Now after you have all the pictures of what you desire, now it's time to glue it on the poster.  Add positive reinforcement words like “this is my reality” and write your name next to the pictures. 

Note, even if you can not find what you are looking for, you can draw it on your creative visualization poster. For my poster I had six things I really wanted, since I could not find an exact picture, I decided to draw a picture of myself on a television film set with my name on the dressing room door wearing a lavender top and brown pants. 

I can tell you without a doubt the exact angle of the picture I drew came to fruition, even including the" light lavender top" I had drawn in the picture!  What makes it even more strange is the wardrobe department on the film set had picked out what I wore, so I did not have a say in it.
